Grouse Mt. Lodge is beautiful, ideally located just outside town, and extremely comfortable. In a state that doesn't always have ac, this hotel does and it was welcome after long, hot days.

Excellent location on highway 93. Easy to find and close proximity to down town.

great stay with nice staff
The staff were really good, always warm and cute.
That shower is poorly designed and difficult to use.

Hot water was never hotter than lukewarm, hotel was an older squeaky wooden building with very little sound proofing. When we checked out we were hit with an $18 bill for room taxes. Why was I not informed of that when I booked? Dollar for value is low and we would not stay there again.

Ideal for family gatherings
The restaurant food was actually better than I expected like, the breakfast was hearty and filling and the indoor pool was a nice touch for the kids. The staff was super friendly when we arrived.
It wasn't exactly cheap but acceptable for what we got.

Great stay for a family vacation! Lou La's is a wonderful little place only a mile away to have breakfast, big shopping centres are at least 15 miles away. The indoor pool was great, as well as sauna and sitting outside in the hot tub in the pouring rain was amazing!
-Housekeeping woke us up at 8 am on a Saturday morning when they came to clean our room. That was annoying. The next day we put up a sign Do Not Disturb, they went past our room and knocked on everyone else's door which kept us awake again.

The bed! Felt like sleeping on a cloud! :) The bathroom was roomy and the breakfast @ the restaurant was really good! Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

I liked the location. I also liked the fact they had a free shuttle to downtown so I could go somewhere I wanted to be.
The employees didn't seem to care much. The bar had no music playing. The resort is very dated. I heard one side was renovated. This obviously wasn't the wing we were staying in. For $180 I would expect alot more.

The location was great. Some issues with room housekeeping and the manager was great at ensuring those issues were corrected to our satisfaction.
Poor housekeeping
